Memory may be upgraded one memory carrier at a time; however, HP strongly recommends installing memory evenly among four memory carriers. For example, four 512MB kits should be installed into slot 0a/b on carrier 0, then slot 0a/b on carrier 1, and so on.
It is also recommended to install higher capacity kits first. |
